TERMS OF SERVICE Race by Grace — Effective June 2026

  1. ABOUT US Race by Grace is a faith-inspired streetwear and automotive lifestyle brand based in Switzerland, operated by Elisa Leibl-Landwehr (“we”, “us”, “our”).   2. YOUR AGREEMENT By accessing our store and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
  3. PRODUCTS & ORDERS All Race by Grace products are made to order and produced individually by our fulfillment partner at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  4. PRICING & PAYMENT Prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. Applicable taxes are included where required by law. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, graphics, text, logos, and brand elements associated with Race by Grace are our exclusive intellectual property. No content from this store may be reproduced, copied, resold, or distributed without our prior written consent.
  6. PROHIBITED USE You agree not to use our store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to place orders with no intent to pay, or to interfere with the operation of the store in any way.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Race by Grace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
  8. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. EU customers retain all rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings but are committed to resolving all genuine concerns directly and fairly.
  9. PRODUCT SAFETY (GPSR) Our products comply with EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988. For product safety enquiries, contact us at race.by.grace@icloud.com.
  10. RETURNS & REFUNDS Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available in our store footer. That policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
  11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Swiss law (including the Swiss Code of Obligations). Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights of EU customers under their local law.
  12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our store following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
