SHIPPING POLICY Race by Grace — Effective June 2026

  1. HOW FULFILLMENT WORKS Every Race by Grace piece is produced on demand by our fulfillment partner after your order is placed. Your item is manufactured specifically for you — no pre-stocked inventory exists. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Both are estimates, neither is guaranteed.
  2. PRODUCTION TIME Production takes an average of 2–5 business days. Over 97% of orders are dispatched within 5 business days. This time is not included in the shipping estimate shown at checkout.
  3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES Includes production and shipping combined: United States — 7–14 business days Switzerland — 7–15 business days European Union — 7–15 business days United Kingdom — 7–15 business days Rest of world — 12–25 business days

Delays can occur due to customs, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or peak-demand periods.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order contents. The full cost is shown before you complete your purchase.
  2. ORDER TRACKING All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
  3. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s sole responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Race by Grace has no control over customs procedures, timelines, or fees.
  4. EU ORDERS — DELIVERED DUTIES PAID For orders fulfilled from our EU facility and delivered within the EU, all applicable VAT is included in the displayed price. No additional charges apply upon delivery for standard EU-to-EU orders.
  5. LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, first check with neighbors and your local post office or collection point. If the package remains missing, contact us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date and we will investigate.
  6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Please verify your address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible — we will try to correct it before production begins.
  7. RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS We ship worldwide, except to countries restricted by our fulfillment partner or international shipping regulations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.
